Location - very central however some help with the street numbers would help or closest cross road.

Hotel staff were very unhelpful! Poor skills and would not help us find addresses. Did not even draw our attention to the free map which would have helped a lot.

Quiet and bright room with wardrobe space as well as fridge, just what we needed. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a large sunny square was marvellous and stunning...

comfortable beds

Staying at fiori was fantastic! The location is perfect, right near lots of restaurants but not many bars. The triple room was cozy and having it cleaned daily was lovely.

Some staff members were pleasant and helpful ith directions etc.

Terrible value for money. Room rate was outrageous. Couldn't open a window in the room without being subject to constant noise from a busy main road below.

Nice place, big room, wonderful breakfast (tasty cappuccino!) Staff was very kind. The hotel is very close to the center (5 minutes walk from fontana di Trevi and 10 minutes from Piazza di Spagna)

Arrived on Thursday evening the guy told us no reservation had been received! Housed us in a janitor room the first night! Found us a solution with another hotel for the rest of the stay. The next morning he told us we could stay because of a no show. I think we were the no show. Otherwise the hotel is ok and perfectly located. Perfect for tourism. Service is simple but ok also. Staff friendly but not so helpful. For example they tried to sell us a 55euro taxi to champion when it costs 30 with roma taxis...

I liked the location of the hotel. It was close to all the tourist attractions. And the bus stop is right out the front of the hotel!! Best thing ever The staff warmed up closer to the end of our stay which was nice
